The Civil Defense online information management platform is a system that proposes the monitoring of all processes, defined in the Project Plan, allowing the rapid and timely monitoring of information pertinent to the points and situations of risk existing in the Cities, as well as and the results of the actions carried out by the teams in the field, through the decentralized work developed in the regional ones.Qualified as a living system, it presupposes the continuous need to be fed as a condition to allow the updating of information in real time, for this purpose, the structuring of a Monitoring Center and the presence of trained technicians working on a duty schedule presents itself as essential, since it allows the issuance of reports of demands and alerts to managers, providing planning and, when necessary, redirection of preventive and response actions.The system has Web modules, is developed in PHP with Laravel framework and MySQL database, and the Mobile module, which is to be used during the execution of the activities in loco, through the tablets or smartphones, is developed in Android with database SQLite.The system has 24/7 availability and is currently stored on Amazons AWS cloud computing services platform.
